The model shows six different stages of the prenatal cervix.

• Prenatal examination and assessment on the changes of cervix
  Stage I: no cervical orifice dilatation, no effacement of cervical canal
  Stage II: 2 cm dilatation, 50% effacement
  Stage III: 2 cm dilatation, full effacement
  Stage IV: 5 cm dilatation, full effacement
  Stage V: 7 cm dilatation, full effacement
  Stage VI: 9 cm dilatation, full effacement
